Like any other, I am a just another simple human being living in this world to fulfill my desires and dreams. I was given the name Jigme Choda and to my understanding it means fearless and knowledge sharer. This name attached to me describes what I am, but more than my name my deeds represent who I am. And according to my deeds I am just a mere human being, who makes mistakes, falls down but gets up and try again. No matter how much I succeed and how much I achieve, at the end I am just a human being. No matter what I do, I am going to remain so.
At the present time I am here in
Sherubtse College, the peak of learning. I am here to learn. Learn the ways of
the world that I have not seen, learn the ways to fit in this world and learn
ways to become a decent human being. Apart from that I am learning about
myself. People always look for successes and achievement, always look for more
and think that they are doing it to make themselves happy but it’s not. People
think that they know themselves but they fail to understand themselves. We
always look for it(successes, achievement) to survive in this world but
mistakes it for happiness. So in understanding about self, one can find the key
to happiness.
My path is not that clear. I am
still trying to stand amongst the crowd. I am still clearing way but it doesn’t
mean that I am left behind. While clearing the path, at the same time I am
moving forward. My pace is slow but it doesn’t matter. This pace helps to
understand and analyze the path. In analyzing the path one knows the true value
of the destination. If I am correct then I am heading towards beautiful future.
