Me

I love to wander off

Anywhere my legs would carry me

When not wandering, I just sit to draw and write

If not I sleep

The best of life and the worst of life

I have journeyed

Good things and bad things I have

Done for myself and others

Can’t say, have all the knowledge

A man ought to have

But experiences, I have gained

Succeeded and failed I have.

My past has mold me

Into what I am today

This is me

I am what I am today.

But is this really me?

For I have my ambitions and hopes beyond this

Am I happy with the ‘Me’ of today?

For I still seek happiness.

What I am today, I want to be more

But my path is being obstructed

I came here to learn more

Defeat the today’s me

And move on with my seeking

My learning must not be stopped,

For it is the only path for my seeking

And allows a new me every time I reflect

.

Don’t know what destiny has in store for me

But believe me, destiny is written by us

And I’ll try to write my own destiny

Immortal, I want to be

And live for eternity I will.
